"Hi. I'm Cindy Deal, Executive Director of Northeast Ohio Adoption Services (NOAS). Whether you're just curious, or seriously considering adoption as a way of adding children to your family, welcome to our website.

The decision to adopt is personal and sensitive. It can take months or even years for an individual or couple to decide that adoption is right for them. And, the truth is, adoption isn't for everyone. But, if and when you decide to move forward with the adoption process, and if you live within our service area, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Leaders in the field of adoption, the NOAS staff are your information source. 6,000 children -- that's right 6,000! -- in Ohio are currently waiting to be adopted.
